OrangeHomes offers multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior purchase hassle-free.

1. Online Payments

The payments must be processed through a secure payment methods only by  major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or If you prefer a bank/wire transfer. All payments must be to companies bank account only. All cheques or drafts must be in the favour of ORANGE HOMES DESIGN & CONSULTING.

Transaction security guarantee

OrangeHomes respects your financial privacy, and we guarantee the security of all online transactions made with us. Transactions are secured via PayU, which is VeriSign Secured® and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. The VeriSign Secured® Seal is the most trusted security mark for online transactions, while Payment Card Industry (PCI) and PayU are under strict global information security standards defined for organizations handling credit holder information. So, transact online with OrangeHomes without any worry.

Transaction failures

In the event of a failed online transaction, no amount is deducted from your account or card. When making the payment, please ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection, and all entered details are correct, as these often result in transaction failures.

Payment terms for a OrangeHomes project

Project and order : A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.

Booking OrangeHomes : You can book your interior project with OrangeHomes by paying a booking fee which is charged at 5% of the final quote or Rs.20,000 (whichever is higher). The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. If the scope of your project increases significantly, you may be required to pay 5% for the new scope before design can begin.

• All payment terms will be milestone based. and certain payment percentage of overall project must be paid as defined in payment terms in contract/Estimate.

• Interest at the rate of 5% per month shall be payable on all accounts not settled by their due date.

• The interest will be added monthly thereafter from the due date until the settlement is received.

• Types of pre-defined execution milestones for a clear picture of your payment will me mentioned in design proposal/ contract.

• Payment can be raised after the completion of each stage as per the Work milesstones of Work Schedule, payable through cheque/ Bank Account/ Payment Gateway.  We allow 2 days to settle the outstanding amount from the date of running invoice.

• Milestone can't be broken down in parts due to dependencies.

• Any delay in payment will lead to delay in project milestone and its successors.

Payment gateway fee

• Gateway fee shall be waived off for the first instalment paid by customer.

• Invoice can be downloaded from OrangeHomes Account Portal

• A non-refundable gateway fee of 2% (including GST) per transaction shall be levied on payments made by customers against a project.

Payment terms for an order

In case your booking fee is already adjusted against an order(s), the following payment terms will apply for all subsequent orders. Need to be placed at 50% payment.

Terms & Conditions

• Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in the project completion. OrangeHomes is not liable for any such delay.

• In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we are unable to refund any money as cash or OrangeHomes credits.
